The Northeast District Department of Health (NDDH), in partnership with the Uncas Health District, is pleased to offer another virtual session of the American Lung Association’s Freedom From Smoking Group Quit Program. People who use the FFS Group Quit format are six times more likely to be smoke-free one year later than those who try to quit on their own.

The next virtual session begins August 2nd and will be held Tuesdays at 4pm for 8 weeks via Zoom. Register by calling NDDH Public Health Nurse Janine Vose at 860-774-7350 x. 124 or email jvose@biu.kxe.temporary.site. See our flyer for more information and sharing.
